Accounts & eligibility
You need an account to publish a BEXO Card. You must be at least 16, give accurate details, and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one identity. Accounts created to impersonate someone else will be removed.
Your card & content
Everything you put on your card — your text, images, work, links, and the moments you capture — stays yours. You keep ownership; we do not sell it and we do not train anything on it.
You give us the narrow permission needed to host and display your card to the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content.
Acceptable use
Do not use BEXO to:
- Impersonate a person or a company you have no right to represent.
- Harvest connections for bulk outreach, resale, or scraping.
- Publish unlawful, harassing, or deliberately misleading material.
- Probe, overload, or work around the technical limits of the service.
Billing & renewals
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in INR and GST is added at checkout. We will tell you before a price change affects you.
Cancel any time from your workspace. Your card stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep BEXO fast and online, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will keep those windows short and quiet wherever we can.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
When an account closes, the public card comes down. You can export your connections and moments before you go.
Liability
BEXO helps you remember people. It does not guarantee an introduction, a reply, a job, or a deal, and we are not liable for business outcomes that did or did not happen.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Plain summary
Be yourself, do not harvest other people, pay for what you use, and your content stays yours.
