Why BEXO exists

Most professional relationships don't end in a decision. They end in a gap — the moment you can't remember enough to reach back out.

You met someone worth knowing. You remember the conversation, roughly where you were, maybe a first name. That's usually not enough to find them again, so the relationship quietly disappears — not because either of you wanted it to.

BEXO is built around that gap. A card that represents you properly, a way to connect in the second you meet, a record of the context, and an engine that can work backwards from fragments. The goal isn't more contacts. It's fewer lost ones.

Most of what we build starts as a note about something that went wrong for someone, including us.

That note usually starts with a sentence like "I met someone at a thing last spring and I cannot for the life of me remember who." Every part of BEXO traces back to one of those.

How we got here

Four steps, each one a complaint we kept hearing.

A portfolio that was never current

People were sending PDFs from eighteen months ago because updating the real thing meant a weekend of work. So we made the card the easy option.

Contacts that arrived as photographs

Camera rolls full of business cards nobody ever typed up. eConnect exists because the exchange has to finish before the conversation does.

A name with no memory attached

A saved contact is not a relationship. Moment Capture keeps the note, the place and the hour, because that is what you actually search by later.

Fragments that led nowhere

"I met someone at a fintech thing in Lisbon" should be a lead, not a dead end. That sentence is the whole brief for SPiD.

Ace Digital — a small studio near the coast.

We're a small team, not a platform company. We ship carefully, we answer our own support mail, and we care about the water we grew up beside — which mostly shows up as keeping BEXO lean rather than as a badge on a website.
