Privacy Policy

BEXO holds something personal: who you have met and how. This explains exactly what we keep, why, and what you can take back.

Last updated 26 August 2026

We never sell your data

No brokers, no ad networks, no exceptions.

No training on your moments

Your notes and photos are not used to train models.

Export whenever

Take your connections and moments out in one file.

Private by default

Only your card is public. Moments never are.

What we collect

Three kinds of thing, and nothing else:

Your card

Name, role, company, work, links and contact points — the things you deliberately publish.

Your connections & moments

Who you exchanged cards with, plus the note, photo, voice memo, place and time you chose to attach.

Basic account & technical data

Email, plan, payment reference, and coarse diagnostics such as device type and error logs.

Why we hold it

To publish your card, to save the people you meet, and to help you find someone again when you only remember fragments. That is the whole purpose.

We also use aggregate, non-identifying counts to understand which parts of the product are working. Those numbers cannot be traced back to a person.

Public vs private

Public: your card at yourname.atbexo.com, and only what you put on it. Anyone with the link can open it.

Private: your connections, your moments, your notes, your voice memos, your captured locations. These are visible to you and are never shown on your public card.

Who else sees it

A small number of processors we cannot run the service without: hosting, media storage, payments, and email delivery. Each is contractually limited to processing on our instructions.

We disclose data to authorities only where a valid legal obligation requires it, and we will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Delete something and it goes from the live service immediately and from backups within 30 days. Close your account and we remove your card and content, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can see your data, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. Write to us from your account email and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies are covered separately in the Cookie Policy.

Plain summary

Your card is public because you published it. Everything about the people you met is private, portable, and deletable.
